Overall objectives

Perform communication activity with recording support in order to carry out an in-depth analysis of the main errors in the communication processes

Course content

1. Media communication roles.

1.1. Communication skills. Verbal communication. Vocal communication. Visual communication. Nonverbal communication.

1.2. The Art of Conversion What should we do in front of the media?

1.3. Ask.

2. Communication skills in public appearances.
3. Polarized discussion techniques.

3.1. Conducting a polarized debate with the subsequent analysis and introduction of the theoretical aspects

3.2. Impact of the message on the audience or on the interlocutors.

3.3. Have the desired objectives been met?

3.4. Has an empathetic relationship been generated with the public or with the partners?

3.5. Can we talk about a successful intervention?
