Course objectives

Overall objectives

Provide the necessary techniques to increase levels of awareness, contributing to better change management, optimizing decision-making, managing day-to-day crises and challenges, as well as obtaining well-being and high performance. Personal and professional.

Specific goals

Establish an action plan for personal and professional improvement in aspects of self-awareness, emotional control, change management and general well-being.

Course content

1. Emotional awareness. Learn to relax and let go.

1.1. How to do a body relaxation and learn to meditate on everyday life

1.2. Identify your tensions and overcome them

1.3. Identify your emotions and learn how to manage them with total awareness and stress reduction.

1.4. How to stop your head

2. Act rather than react. Learn how to manage conflict.

2.1. Learning to communicate assertively

2.2. Assertiveness techniques.

3. Stress and time management.

3.1. Managing time effectively

3.2. The Thieves of Time: Unforeseen Events, Distractions, Interruptions

Trainer: Mª Àngels Morales

I am a teacher of Early Childhood and Primary Education and I have developed my professional activity in the field of teaching, from which I participated in numerous pedagogy and teaching courses in the framework of lifelong learning. At the same time, I trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Coaching and I am a qualified Mindfulness/MBSR instructor.

With more than twenty years of teaching experience, as a tutor teacher and in recent years in the direction of a school, I am currently dedicated to the dissemination of Mindfulness, practicing and teaching courses as an instructor for three years.
