In Espai 114 we have a service for renting offices in Badalona since October 2017. This space complements coworking in an ideal way. The first step for an entrepreneur is usually a coworking table and, when their business evolves, they can choose to expand their workspace and go on to rent an office. It does not mean that an entrepreneur can not go directly to have his own office, this is usually the most usual.

Our clients enjoy the use of our Meeting Room , the corporate domiciliation and can complete the services with financial advice andlegal, labor and tax consulting of Lladó Grup Consultor.
The rate for renting offices includes a bag of 10 hours per month in the Meeting Room. It is a diaphanous space specially designed to achieve diverse functions, and adapt to changes and all kinds of needs. It can be used for interviews, meetings, talks, trainings. Our room adapts to our client.
They also have the option to domiciliate their company in Espai 114. They will be domiciled in a prestigious address in the center of Badalona,giving their business the image, seriousness and confidence they want to project.
When our customers domicile their company in our Business Center they can receive visits from their customers and receive messaging and parcels during business hours of the Business Center. We can also help you give more visibility to your Brand through the screens of our Business Center and our Website.
